Service quality is an important factor effecting park management, and customers’ satisfaction. High service quality will providing high satisfaction. When customers satisfy, they will revisit the park and willing introduce to another customer. So, evaluating service quality is very important to park managers. The results of evaluation will help park managers increasing service quality and visitor return rate. The research using Importance – Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the quality of Asian Park. The results of research suggesting some solutions for managers to improve service quality, increasing customer satisfaction and attracting more visitors.
