교과서 수록 제재 제목의 내용과 형식 특성 분석

Analysis of the content and form characteristics of the title of material in the textbook: Focusing on the Expository texts and persuasive texts included in the 2015 revised Korean textbook for elemnetary school 3rd to 6th graders

목적: 이 연구는 글에서 ‘제목’이 지니는 가치와 ‘제목 쓰기’ 교육의 중요성에 대한 인식을 토대로, 모범 글이자 주요 교수·학습 자료인 교과서 수록 제재의 제목에 나타난 내용과 형식 특성 분석을 목적으로 한다. 방법: 문헌연구로 제목의 개념, 범주, 분석 기준 등을 탐구하고, 2015 개정 국어과 교과서에 수록된 제재 제목을 비판적으로 고찰한다. 결과: [1] ‘정보 전달’ 제재의 제목에는 ① 텍스트의 주제와 소재를 명시적으로 드러내고, ② ‘가치중립적’인 표현을 주로 쓰며, ③ 독자의 요구와 필요를 고려하여 주제를 직관적으로 파악할 수 있는 표현을 사용하고, ④ 구 형태가 대부분이며, ⑤ 의문형 문장으로 구성하는 경향이 많았다. [2] ‘설득’ 제재의 제목에는 ① 텍스트의 주제와 과제를 명시적으로 드러내고, ② 독자를 향한 필자의 설득 의도와 대상에 관한 필자의 입장이 분명하게 드러나며, ③ 설득 담화의 특성상 필자의 견해가 중심이 되면서도, 독자의 요구를 반영한 표현을 사용하고, ④ 문장 형태가 대부분이며, ⑤ 주로 청유형 문장으로 구성하는 경향이 많았다. 결론: 글에서 ‘제목’의 중요성을 인식하고, ‘제목 쓰기’ 교육을 할 때 내용과 형식 특성을 고려한 체계적인 교수·학습 전략이 필요하다.

Purpose: Based on the value of “Title” in writing and the recognition of the importance of title writing education, the title characteristics of materials in textbooks, which are model texts and teaching and learning materials, are analyzed. Methods: In addition to the literature study on ‘Title’, the title of texts contained in the 2015 revised Korean language textbook was analyzed. Results: [1] The title of the “Expository Text” is ① It explicitly reveals the subject and subject matter of the text ② It mainly uses value-neutral expressions, ③ Considering the needs and demands of the reader, expressions that can intuitively grasp the topic are used, ④ Most of the titles are phrase, ⑤ It tends to consist of interrogative sentences. [2] In the title of “Persuasive texts” is, ① the subject and task of the text are explicitly revealed, ② the intention of persuasion to the reader and writers position on the object are clearly revealed in the title, ③ due to the nature of persuasion discourse, expressions that reflect the demands of the reader are used while focusing on the writer's opinion, ④ have a high proportion of sentence forms, ⑤ It tends to consist mainly of request sentence. Conclusion: The importance of 'title' should be recognized in the text, and writing education should be conducted using a systematic strategy.
