목적 : 본 연구는 초등학교 1학년 학생의 유창성 수준을 학교 현장에서 파악할 수 있는 초등학교 1학년용 읽기 유창성 진단 도구를 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 : 선행 연구에 대한 문헌 연구 및 초등학교 1학년 교육과정·교과서 분석을 기반으로 읽기 유창성 진단 도구를 개발하고, 델파이 조사(2회) 및 예비 검사(1회)를 시행한 후 최종적으로 시범 운영을 통한 절단점(cut-off score) 설정을 수행하였다. 결과 : 초등학교 1학년 1학기 후반에 총 20개 문항(단어 18개, 문장 2개)을 활용하여 정확하게 읽은 문항 수로 ‘유창성(완성)/유창성(보충)’을 진단할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 이 진단 도구는 컴퓨터 화면에 제시된 유창성 진단 도구의 문항을 학생이 30초 동안 읽은 결과를 교사가 웹상에 입력하면 평정되도록 설계되었다. 결론: 유창성 진단 도구 개발에 관한 시사점을 도출하고 후속 연구를 제언하였다.
Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a reading fluency diagnostic tool for grade 1 student in elementary school, which can identify the fluency level of grade 1 student in elementary school. Methods: Based on literature studies of prior studies and first-year elementary school curriculum and textbook analysis, we developed a reading fluency diagnostic tool, conducted Delphi surveys(2 times) and preliminary tests(1 time) and finally conducted cut-off scores setting through pilot operations. Results: A total of 20 questions(18 words and 2 sentences) were used in the second half of the first semester of elementary school to develop a test tool to diagnose 'fluency (completion)/fluency (top-up)' with the number of questions read correctly. This diagnostic tool is designed to equate the questions of fluency diagnostic tools presented on a computer screen when the teacher enters the results of the student's 30-second reading on the web. Conclusion: Implications for the development of reading fluency diagnostic tools are derived and subsequent studies are proposed.
