목적：이 연구의 목적은 중고등학생들이 협상 과제를 수행함에 있어 다중 의제를 활용하여 어떻게 대안을 구성하고 조정하는지를 고찰함으로써 다중 의제 협상 과제의 교육적 유용성을 탐색하는 것이다. 방법：이를 위해 A지역 중학생 16명과 고등학생 16명을 대상으로 다중 의제 협상 과제를 제시하고 모의 협상을 수행하도록 하여 그 양상을 분석하였다. 결과：분석한 결과를 간략히 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중고등학생들은 협상 과제에 제시된 다중 의제를 전략적으로 결합시키면서 대안을 역동적으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 중고등학생들이 여러 의제를 활용하여 대안을 재구성하는 과정에서 상대방의 선호나 가치를 파악하는 질문을 활성화하는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 중고등학생들이 의제의 속성을 세분화함으로써 새로운 의제를 만들어 대안을 창출해 내는 특징을 포착하였다. 결론：종합해 볼 때, 중고등학생들이 다중 의제 협상 과제를 수행하면서 의제를 결합하고 전환하고 변용함으로써 대안 구성의 역동성과 창의성을 발현시킬 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.
Purpose：The purpose of this study was to explore the educational usefulness of multi-issues negotiation tasks by considering how middle and high school students construct options in utilizing of multi-issues in carrying out negotiation tasks Methods：In order to accomplish this study purpose, it presents multi-issues simulation negotiation tasks to middle and high school students and examines how they construct and adjust alternatives in using of them. Results：The results are as follows：First, this study identifies the aspect in which both middle and high school students come up with various alternatives by using the way of combining the set of negotiation agendas into multiple agendas. Even when the negotiations come to a deadlock, the students actively carried out the way of adding new issue or changing existing ones. Second, both middle and high school students were found to activate diagnostic questions with a view to obtaining necessary information about their issues when they reconstruct alternatives by utilizing the issues. Third, this study identifies the aspect in which, in the process of the simulated negotiations, middle and high school students created the options of negotiations by subdividing the attributes of a particular issues or newly setting a non-existent issue. Conclusion：Based on the above results, this study finds the usefulness of the context of the multi-issues negotiation tasks.
