IPA를 이용한 종가음식점 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도에 관한 연구

A study on the importance and satisfaction of Jong-ga food restaurant selection attributes using IPA

본 연구는 종가음식점을 이용한 소비자들을 대상으로 종가음식점의 선택속성에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 종가음식점을 이용한 소비자들을 대상으로 중요도와 만족도의 음식의 질과 양, 메뉴의 가격과 다양성, 식당분위기, 영양 및 건강식, 접근성의 24개의 선택속성 항목을 도출하여 IPA분석을 통한 실무적인 시사점들을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구의 자료 수집은 연구자와 충분한 설명을 들은 연구 보조자들이 담당하였으며, 응답자에게 설문에 대한 질문 때 조사내용, 조사목적, 조사방법 등을 충분히 설명하여 설문을 받았다. 대상은 안동종가음식점으로 선정하였으며, 안동권씨 부정공파의 예미정, 풍산류씨의 이화식당 등 안동 종가음식점을 이용한 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사기간은 2022년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 실시하였으며, 촐 384부의 설문을 이용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 종가음식점의 선택속성별 중요도를 분석한 결과 종가음식 전문점 대중교통의 이용 편리, 종가음식점의 조경 시설, 종가음식의 다양한 종류 등이 중요한 선택속성인 것으로 나타났다. 또 종가음식점의 선택속성별 만족도를 분석한 결과 종가음식점의 주변환경, 종가음식점 대중교통의 이용 편리 등이 만족한 선택속성인 것으로 나타났다.

This study conducted a study on the selection attributes targeting consumers who use the restaurant using the Jong-ga foods restaurant.In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we tried to derive practical implications through IPA analysis by deriving 24 selection attribute items for each of importance and satisfaction for consumers who used the closing price restaurant. In addition, as a result of analyzing satisfaction by selection attributes of Jongga restaurants, it was found that the surrounding environment of the Jong-ga restaurants and the convenience of using public transportation at the Jongga restaurants were satisfactory selection attributes.
