Structural Factors Affecting the Satisfaction and Recommendation Intention of Trainees in Beauty Vocational Training Institutions

As a study on the ‘structural factors affecting the satisfaction and recommendation intention of trainees in beauty vocational training institutions’, the purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for more efficiently systematizing the operation of beauty vocational training institutions. This study considered preceding researches, designed a research model, and then verified it through the empirical analysis. Focusing on the results of this study, the implications of this study could be summarized as follows. First, once the beauty vocational training institutions are equipped with the educational environment system suitable for the training course, it would work as a positive factor on the NCS teaching method and leadership of institution heads, which would be led to the efficient operation of institutions. Second, among many educational environments of beauty training institutions, the dissatisfaction with service & employment support from administrative staffs have negative effects on trainee satisfaction, so it would be necessary to provide the smooth administrative service support, systematic employment support, and continuous counseling that could raise the trainee satisfaction. Third, the institution head leadership that affects the recommendation intention can increase the recommendation intention only through trainee satisfaction, so the measures for increasing the trainee satisfaction should be preceded first to increase the recommendation intention. Hopefully, the results of this study could be much helpful for the development of beauty vocational training institutions and researches on the training of trainees in the beauty industry.
