인지저하 노인의 일상생활수행능력(ADL/IADL)에 영향을 미치는 중재프로그램의 연구 동향

Research Trends in Intervention Programs Affecting ADL/IADL in the Elderly with Cognitive Impairment : Focused on Academic Journal from 2010-2021

본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 경도인지장애 또는 경도치매 노인의 ADL/IADL에 영향을 미치는 중재 프로그램의 특성, 결과 및 효과를 고찰함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에 포함된 24편의 연구문헌은 2010년부터 2021년 1월까지 국내에 게재된 연구를 대상으로 DBpia, 한국학술지인용색인(KCI), KISS, RISS를 활용하여 선정하였고, 중재 프로그램의 특성, 측정 도구, 결과 변수 및 효과를 고찰하였다. 본 연구는ADL/IADL 기반 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있어 반드시 선행되어야 하는 분석과정으로, 선행연구와 달리수행된 중재 프로그램의 결과변수 중 ADL/IADL에 초점을 두고 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics, results, and effects of intervention programs that affect ADL/IADL in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia through previous studies. The 24 research literatures included in this study was selected using DBpia, the Korean Journal Citation Index (KCI), KISS, and RISS for studies published in Korea from 2010 to January 2021, and the characteristics of intervention programs and measurement tools, outcome variables and effects were considered. This study is an analysis process that must be preceded in developing an ADL/IADL-based program, and unlike previous studies, it is meaningful in that it focuses on ADL/IADL among the outcome variables of an intervention program that has been performed.
