20대 북한이주여성들의 연애, 성과 사랑에 관한 연구

A Study on the Relationship, Sex and Love of North Korean Immigrant Women in 20s

본 연구는 북한이주여성들의 연애, 성과 사랑에 대한 경험과 인식을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 6명의 북한이주여성들이 모집되었고 심층 개인 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 내용은 질적 사례연구 방법론을 통해 분석하였고 총 5개의 대주제와 15개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 연구참여자들은입남 후 성, 성역할 및 연애, 사랑표현 등 섹슈얼리티에 관한 인식에서 많은 변화와 혼돈을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구참여자들은 한국식 성문화에 익숙해갔지만 여전히 직접적으로 사랑이나 애정관련 감정 표현에 낯설어하는 부분이 남아있었다. 셋째, 연구참여자들은 한국의 연애문화는 북한에 비해 계산적이고 빠르며, 연인간 심리적 경계가 명확한 편이라고 인식하였다. 마지막으로, 연구참여자들은입남 후 양성평등적이며 감정표현이 풍부하며 자상하고 매너가 좋은 남성을 이상형으로 선호한다고 하였다. 연구의 제한성과 함께 북한이주여성들의 남한에서의 연애, 결혼생활의 적응을 도모하기 위한 제도 및 프로그램이 제안되었다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the perception and experience of love, sex and love of North Korean immigrant women by using qualitative case study methods. Six North Korean immigrant women were participated in-depth interview and five themes with 15 subcategories were derived. First, the participants experienced many changes and confusion in their perception of sexuality after entering South Korea. Second, although the participants are getting used to South Korean sexual culture, but still clumsy in emotional expressions related to love. Third, the study participants recognized that Korea's love culture is calculated and fast with clear psychological boundary between lovers compared to North Korea, Finally, the study participants prefer the men with sense of gender equality, abundant emotional expression, and caring and good manners. Along with the limitations of the current study, institutional arrangements and programs were proposed to promote North Korean immigrant women's adaptation to love and marriage in South Korea.
