The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between hotel workers' sense of calling, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance, and turnover intention. To this end, the author created several hypotheses and collected data from 287 employees working at hotels. In this model. The sense of calling influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction influenced organizational commitment, job performance, and turnover intention. Finally, organizational commitment influenced job performance and turnover intention. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling using AMOS 20.0 and SPSS Win/PC 18.0. The results of the overall model analysis are as follows. It was verified that hotel workers' sense of calling had a significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, it has been proven that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job performance. On the other hand, organizational commitment had a great influence on job performance and turnover intention. Therefore, hotel companies need systematic attention and support not only to reduce turnover intention but also to improve their sense of calling that all employees can be satisfied with to improve job performance.
