The coffee industry makes the number of educational institutions increasing in Korea. Otherwise, the classes educate too much on the practical exercise so the education is urgently needed to define academically and systematize precisely. Therefore, analysis was conducted on learners and instructors’ demand with experience in coffee education. As a result, in this study researcher developed educational materials because they had difficulties in understanding and educating coffee science. A visual language was used to produce a video of coffee science phenomena that could not be seen with the eyes. In particular, during the coffee extraction process, the images were produced as components that present the taste were dissolved in water
