A Study on the Development of Cafe Street as Urban Regeneration Model

In terms of suggesting ways to create cafe streets as an urban regeneration model, the literature was explored along with domestic and international case studies. It is important to build a distinctive and unique store design through this, and to create a multi-functional cafe street where children can rest and go safely with the local community, thereby recognizing it as a hot spot for young lovers and couples. It was suggested that a natural approach to coordination and multi-dimensional efforts of the community to solve the problem of gentrification should be combined. This paradoxically suggests that the government's unremitting efforts are needed to pursue more than just urban regeneration through the creation of cafe streets. In the future, empirical research and policy research will be conducted based on the basic data of this study, and it will be concluded with a brief case analysis.
