This study suggests four types of job seekers who want to work in barista and create good job. This reflected the fact that most barista suffered from low wages and instable employment due to irregular employment. Reflecting the needs of the era in which the need to create good jobs for barista is emerging. First, it is a future-oriented youth group. They suggested that various policy supports are needed to have a purpose and enthusiasm for barista employment. Second, the marriage migrant women and retirees who need self-realization. We suggest that institutional support of various training for upgrade is needed for these. Third, North Korean defectors are seeking stability. Suggesting that there is a need to broaden the awareness of the world through exchanges with workers in various fields. Finally, it is the elderly people who seek welfare. They suggested that it is necessary to support them to find a room for their lives by providing a safe working space.
