바리스타 전공대학생들의 교육환경서비스가 수업참여 및 전공만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 부산·경남 지역 대학교의 바리스타 전공 재학생들을 271명을 대상으로 현재의 커피교육 프로그램의 현황과 교육환경서비스가 수업참여도, 전공만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 조사하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 바리스타 전공 대학생들의 교육환경서비스의 하위요인 교수의 서비스, 실습환경서비스, 학생지원서비스는 수업참여도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 바리스타 전공 대학생들의 수업참여도는 전공만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이다”라는 가설을 검증한 결과, 수업참여도는 전공만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었다. 이와 같은 결과의 시사점으로는 커피바리스타 전공을 운영하는 대학에서는 학생들의 수업참여를 높이기 위해서는 교수서비스 즉, 학생들에게 충실한 강의와 친절한 서비스가 필요하겠고 좋은 환경의 실습실과 학생지원 서비스가 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 그리고 전공만족도를 높이기 위해서는 학생들의 수업참여도를 높이는 것이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

This study tried to investigate what effects the current situation of barista training program and educational environment service are giving on class participation, students' major satisfaction with subject of 271 students who are majoring in barista at colleges located in Busan and Gyeongnam area. As a result of analysis, it was found that service that professors provide with, practice environment service and students support service that are sub factors of educational environment service all have positive correlation with class participation. Then, the verification of the second hypothesis that the level of class participation affects the major satisfaction have resulted in having positive correlation to the major satisfaction. What these findings suggest are that, to enhance class participation in their barista major at colleges, colleges should provide students with high quality teaching service, including fully instructive lectures and kind service for them and that it is also necessary to arrange high quality practice facility and excellent student-support service. Also, it is suggested that students' class participation should be increased in order to enhance the major satisfaction.
