참전계경의 신론(信論)에 관한 연구

A Study on the Theory of the Belief of Chamjeon-Gegyung

본 논문은 상고시대 우리 민족의 경전인 ‘참전계경’의 제2강령 신편을 해석 및 분석한 글이다. 참전계경은 문자 그대로 전인으로의 길을 제시한 것이다. 참전계경의 신편은 믿음에 관계되는 수많은 문제들을 다루고 있다. 이를 제대로 분석하기 위해 신편의 인식구조로 신, 의 및 약의 차원에서 분류하였다. 이를 기초로 하여 신편을 신론으로 하여 그 내용을 정리하였다. 첫째, 의리론이다. 의리에 대해 참전계경은 불이(不貳)의 논리로써 명확히 설명하고 있다. 즉 불이, 상대에 대해 두 마음을 가져서는 안 된다는 것이다. 그리고 상대의 근심을 떠맡을 때 진정한 의리가 성립할 수 있다고 주장하고 있다. 둘째, 무친론이다. 의리란 개인의 친소관계에 의해 결정되는 것이 아니라 친소관계를 떠나 양심과 도덕 및 윤리가 기초된 전체라는 측면에서 이루어질 때 형성된다는 것이다. 셋째, 안민론이다. 위정자는 선공후사의 입장에서 나라 일을 임해야 한다는 것이 바로 안민론이다. 넷째, 부부론이다. 부부는 한 마음을 가지고 대하되 반드시 사랑과 공경심으로 서로를 대할 때 진정한 부부지간으로 칭해질 수 있다. 마지막이 바로 순환론이다. 순환론은 믿음의 이론적 배경이다.

This paper is an interpretation and analysis of the belief version of the second Code of the Korean People's Sutra of Chamjeon-Gegyung. The Chamjeon-Gegyung literally presented the way to the enlightened. Therefore, the contents of the Chamjeon-Gegyung are wide and profound to the extent that it is said to be a treasure trove of philosophy and ideas. The belief version of the Chamjeon-Gegyung deals with a number of issues relating to faith. In order to properly analyze this, it was classified at the level of God, loyalty, and promise as the recognition structure of Chamjeon-Gegyung. Based on this, the contents were summarized using the belief version as a theory of divinity. First, the theory of loyalty. There have been many discussions on loyalty, but the Chamjeon-Gegyung clearly explains it as a logic of one mind. In other words, a loyalty should not have two minds about the other person. And it is argued that true loyalty can be established when taking on the other person's worries. Second, it is an unrelenting theory. Loyalty is not determined by an individual's close relationship, but is formed when it is achieved in terms of the whole on which conscience, morality, and ethics are based, regardless of the close relationship. Third, it is the theory making the people feel at home. Fourth, it is the theory of husband and wife. Couples treat each other with one heart, but they can be called true marital relationships when they treat each other with love and respect. The last is circularism. Circulation is the theoretical background of belief.
