A Study on the Relationships between North Korean Problem and the North Korean Human Right's Problem

본 논문은 북한문제와 북한인권문제 간의 함수관계를 분석하고 있다. 본 논문 주제를 면밀히 그리고 올바르게 파악하기 위해 우선 연구에 합당한 인식을 가져야 한다. 첫째, 북한체제에 대한 정확한 인식이 요구된다. 남북화해란 미명 하에 북한체제가 지니고 있는 본질적 성격을 도외시하는 것은 올바른 연구의 방향이라고 할 수 없다. 다음으로 생각할 수 있는 기본인식은 북한문제의 해결이 없이는 결코 한반도통일은 어렵다는 생각이다. 마지막으로 북한문제의 해결 없이는 진정으로 한반도에서의 평화체제 구축은 어렵다는 인식이다. 이러한 기본인식을 기초로 하여 북한문제와 북한인권문제 간의 함수관계를 분석하면 첫째, 북한인권문제는 북한문제 해결의 선결조건이라는 사실이다. 북한문제의 핵심은 북한체제의 반민주성과 전제성에 있다. 그렇기 때문에 북한체제의 핵심적 의제인 북한인권문제가 해결되지 않고서는 북한문제의 완전한 해결은 어렵다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 북한인권문제는 북한문제의 최종적인 귀결점을 형성하고 있다고 분석된다. 북한문제에는 다양한 요소가 있지만 가장 중요한 문제는 바로 인권문제이다. 이렇게 볼 때 북한문제와 북한인권문제는 불가분의 관계에 있다고 하겠다.

This thesis is a study analysing the relationships between the North Korea's problem and the North Korean human right's problem. To examine closely and rightly this study, the researcher must keep a right recognition. First, it is needed the correct recognition on the North Korean system. That is to say, it is to understand the essence of North Korean system. The next basic recognition is to believe that Korean reunification is difficult without the settlement of the North Korean human right's problem. Finally, it is recognized that the building the Korean peaceful system is difficult without the settlement of the North Korean human right's problem.. On this basis recognition, the relationships between the North Korea's problem and the North Korean human right's problem is as follows. First, the North Korean human right's problem is a condition of North Korean problem's solution. The core of the North Korean problem is in the anti-democratic and despotic character of North Korean's system. Because of this, the entire settlement is on the solution of North Korean human right's problem. Secondly, I think that the North Korean human right's problem is a ultimate destination of the North Korea's problem.
