Kim Young-rang's poems convey beautiful emotions and rhymes. If the literary nature of this primitive is damaged by translation, it can give foreign readers misunderstanding and disappointment about Kim Young-rang's poetry and even the entire Korean poetry. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the developmental direction of Kim Young-rang's poetry by analyzing the poetic aspect of Kim Young-rang's poetry, and then reviewing whether the poetic effect of the original Korean poem was properly contained by translating the rhythm, images, and emotions of Kim Young-rang's poetry. The literary translator has to find the original’s literary aspects and accomplish creative translating to convert the literary aspects into the target language's newly, literary expressions. Therefore, it is vital to completely figure out the social, cultural background of the poems, and to have the critical ability to grasp the poems deeply.
