A Study on West German’s ODA Support for Korea - Focusing on Korean-German Vocational Training Cooperation Project -

This paper aims to examine the contributions of West Germany's support for Korea's vocational training, and to seek ways to improve the outcome of the ODA support project in Korea's vocational training project in partner countries. As Korea's ODA project of vocational training is being implemented in various countries and fields, analyze the performance of the ODA project that West Germany applied to Korea and maximize the outcomes of the support projects to Korea's key partner countries based on the lessons learned. It can be seen that West Germany's success in vocational training ODA projects in Korea for more than 20 years was due to the strong will of West Germany as the donor and Korea as the recipient country.
