A Study on the Development of a Start-up Community Program Using Crowd Funding Platform

연구목적: 본 연구는 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼을 활용한 청년 창업 커뮤니티 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 하며, 실제적 경험을 통해 청년들의 창업교육이 진행될 수 있는 학습자 중심의 창업 프로그램을 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. 연구방법: 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구방법은 분석, 설계 및 개발, 평가로 3단계에 걸쳐 진행했다. 분석단계에서는 크라우드펀딩, 창업교육, 체험학습에 관한 문헌분석과 기존에 크라우드펀딩을 활용한창업들의 사례분석을 통해 핵심가치를 도출하였다. 설계 및 개발단계에서는 창업체험학습 프로세스 및 지원구조를 설계하고, 도출된 핵심가치를 기반으로 프로그램 초안을 개발하였다. 평가단계에서는 전문가 평가와 형성평가를 실시하였으며 평가결과를 기반으로 프로그램 초안을 수정 및 보완하여 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 크라우드펀딩을 활용한 청년 커뮤니티의 핵심가치는 ‘공감적인 문제발견’, ‘해결책 규명’, ‘실제적 창업체험학습’이다. 공감적인 문제란 문제 해결의 필요성을 사람들이 공감할 수 있는문제이며, 실제 문제를 발견하고 다수가 공감하는 문제인지를 확인하여 공감적인 문제를 발견할 수 있다. 해결책은 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼 심사기준에 따라 독창성, 실현가능성, 윤리성을 가져야 하며, 비즈니스모델을 제작하여 규명한다. 실제적 창업체험학습을 위해 본 연구에서는 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼을 활용한다. 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼을 통해 예비 창업자가 생각한 문제를 얼마나 많은 사람들이 공감하는지 확인할 수 있으며, 예비 창업자가 구상한 비즈니스 모델의 시장 적합도가 얼마나 높은지 확인 가능하고, 선주문 후 제작방식으로 위의 과정들에서 차질이 생기더라도 자금 및 재고에 대한 위험을 방지할 수 있다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 실제적 경험을 통해 청년들의 창업교육이 진행될 수 있는 학습자 중심적 프로그램을 제공하며, 그 결과는 창업 커뮤니티를 활용한 검증으로 신뢰할 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop community program development for youth Start ups using the crowd funding platform. Method: Through practical experience, it gives significant meaning on providing the learner-centric start-up program experience. Results: This study found that the core values of youth start-up experience education with crowd funding are ‘empathetic problem finding’, ‘work out a solution’ and ‘practical start-up experience learning’. Empathetic problem which people can agree with the necessity of solution could be detected by study program of ‘start from the practical issue’ and ‘confirmation of sympathy from majority’. Solutions should have originality, feasibility and ethics in accordance with the crowd funding platform review criteria. and produces and work out a business model. For the practical start-up experience learning, this study utilized crowd funding platform. Through the crowd funding platform, prep youth entrepreneurs can verify that how many people empathize with the problems, the market fitness of the business model which prep entrepreneurs designed, The risk of funds and stock could be avoided with the method of pre-order and post-production if there is a problem with the foundation program. Conclusion: This study provides the learner centered education program based on practical foundation education and the result is verified with community.
