창업 공동체 활성화를 위한 창업교육 개선 사례연구 : 체계적 액션러닝(SAL)을 활용하여

A Case Study on the Improvement of Start-up Entrepreneurship Education Using Systematic Action Learning

연구목적: 본 연구는 이론식 강의에 치중되어 있는 대학 창업교육의 근본적인 문제를 찾아, 창업교육에서 필요로 하는 실제적 수업으로의 개선점을 도출하여 창업 커뮤니티를 활성화하는데기여하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 개선연구에 적합한 사후연구 (Post-facto Research)를 적용하여 강점과 개선점을 도출하였다. 이를 위하여 체계적 액션러닝방법을 적용한 창업교육의 실제 사례를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 사례연구(Case Study) 및 문헌연구(Literature Study)를 중심으로 하는 질적연구(Qualitative)를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 실습형 수업에 대한 학습자들의 만족감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자들은 액션러닝을 기반한 창업 교육 프로세스를 경험하며 창업에 대한 생각이 변화되었다. 셋째, 학습자들은팀 학습을 통한 시너지와 효용성을 체득하였다. 넷째, 문제해결에 대한 경험 및 자신감이 획득된 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 창업교육 사례연구에서와 같은 학습형태가 실제 대학이나기업뿐만 아니라 많은 현장에서 활용 된다면 실제적인 문제를 개인의 관점과 또한 조직, 커뮤니티의 관점에서 통합적으로 해결할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This case study attempted to find the fundamental problem of university entrepreneurship education, which is focused on theoretical lectures. It was intended to contribute to the revitalization of the start-up community by deriving improvements to practical classes required for entrepreneurship education. Method: In order to achieve the research objective, this study derived strengths and improvements by applying Post-facto Research suitable for improvement research. For this purpose, actual cases of start-up education applied with systematic action learning methods were collected. Based on the collected data, qualitative studies were conducted focusing on case studies and literatures studies. Results: First, learners' satisfaction with hands-on classes has been shown to be high. Second, learners experience a start-up education process based on action learning, and their thinking about start-ups has changed. Third, learners have acquired synergy and utility through team learning. Fourth, experience and confidence in problem solving were found to have been acquired. Conclusion: If the learning forms addressed in this study are used not only by real universities or businesses but also by many sites, the practical problems can be solved in an integrated manner from the perspective of individuals, organizations and communities.
