Mediated Effects of career experience in the Relationship between Social Support and Career Maturity

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도의 관계에서 진로체험의 매개효과가 어떻게 나타나는지를 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 사회적 지지, 진로체험, 진로성숙도 척도를 사용하여 유층표집 설문을 실시하였고, 불성실한 설문지를 제외한540명의 설문결과를 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 사회적 지지, 진로체험, 진로성숙도 하위요소들 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 진로체험과 진로성숙도에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지와진로성숙도의 관계에서 진로체험의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 이 연구는 사회적 지지원들(부모, 교사, 친구)이 진로체험과 진로성숙도에 대한 이해가 필요하며, 고등학생들이 진로성숙도를 촉진하는 진로를 체험할 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있다. 연구 결과에 따라 진로성숙도와 관련한 시사점, 의의와 한계, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify how career experiences are mediated in the relationship between social support and career maturity perceived by high school students. Method: To this end, a poll of 540 people was conducted using social support, career experience, and career maturity measures, and the results of the survey were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 except for unfaithful questionnaires. Results: First, there is a significant static correlation between social support, career experience and career maturity sub-elements. Second, social support has been shown to be directly effective in career experience and career maturity. Third, the relationship between social support and career maturity has a partial mediating effect of career experience. Discussions and Conclusions: This study requires social support (parents, teachers and friends) to understand career experience and career maturity, and to help high school students experience career maturity-promote career maturity. Based on the results of the study, suggestions on implications, significance and limitations related to career maturity, and follow-up research were presented.
