Understanding of the Educational Life of New Korean Lecture

연구목적: 본 연구는 신규 한국어강사가 한국어교원양성과정을 이수하고 현장에서 교수활동을시작하였을 때의 경험과 신규강사로서 기관에서 살아낸 삶을 연구하여 신규강사에게 필요한 역량과 역량 개선을 위해 필요한 제도적 개선은 무엇인지에 대하 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 목적표집을 통해 선정한 연구자의 내러티브를 연구하였고 홍영숙(2020)의 내러티브분석방법을 연구분석을 위한 큰 틀로 활용하였다. 연구결과: 김 선생님의 내러티브를 분석한 결과는 크게 교수역량에 대한 경험과 교수 외 역량에 대한 아쉬움으로 나눌 수 있었다. 논의 및결론: 이를 바탕으로 한국어강사의 교수역량 강화를 위해 국가적 차원의 노력과 기관 내부의 노력이 필요하며 교원양성을 위한 교과목은 현장친화적으로 구성되어야 하고, 강사로서의 역량을최대로 발휘할 수 있도록 교사학습 공동체 활성화 등의 방안을 마련해야 함을 논의했다.

Results: As a result of analyzing Ms. Kim's narrative, it can be divided into a lack of teaching competency experience and interactive relationship competency. Conclusion: In order to strengthen the teaching competency of Korean language instructors, it is necessary to make efforts at the national level and within the institution. In addition, measures such as revitalization of the teacher learning community should be prepared so that the instructors can maximize their competence.
