한국어교육을 위한 보조사 결합형 문법항목의 선정 방안

A Study on the Selection of Grammatical Items including Auxiliary Particle in Korean Language Education: focused on ‘neun’, ‘do’, ‘man’, ‘ya’ combined items

한국어교육에서 문법항목은 한국어교육과 국어교육의 차이를 여실히 보여 주는 교육 항목임에 틀림없다. 이러한 이유로 지금까지 한국어교육을 위한 문법항목의 선정 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나 단일 어미, 조사, 복합형식에 보조사가 결합한 보조사 결합형 항목에 대한 연구는 미진했던 것이 사실이다. 이에 본고에서는 한국어 교재, 문법 사전, 문법 목록에 실린 보조사 결합형 항목 중, 반수 이상을 차지하는 ‘는’, ‘도’, ‘만’, ‘야’ 결합형 94개 항목을 대상으로 한국어교육에 유용한 문법항목을 선정하고자 하였다. 보조사 ‘는’, ‘도’, ‘만’, ‘야’ 결합형 항목과 해당 보조사가 결합하기 전 항목의 의미기능, 사용빈도, 공기관계를 상호 검증한 결과, ‘는’ 결합형 8개, ‘도’ 결합형 6개, ‘만’ 결합형 3개, ‘야’ 결합형 5개 등 22개 항목을 한국어교육을 위한 보조사 결합형 문법항목으로 선정할 수 있었다.

This paper aims at selecting grammatical items including auxiliary particles ‘neun’, ‘do’, ‘man’, ‘ya’ in Korean language education. Korean grammatical items for foreign students are clearly showing the differences of Korean language education between as the second language and as the first language. That is why many studies have been done on selection of grammatical items in Korean language education. Nevertheless, the studies on grammatical items including auxiliary particle are very small. In this paper, 94 grammatical items including auxiliary particle ‘neun’, ‘do’, ‘man’, ‘ya’ could be picked out from grammatical items in 6 kinds of Korean textbooks, 3 kinds of Korean grammar dictionaries, and a list of grammatical items. And then, the semantic function, the frequency of use, and the co-occurrence are studied between grammatical items including auxiliary particles and grammatical items excluding auxiliary particles. Finally, 22 grammatical items including auxiliary particle such as 8 ‘neun’ combined items, 6 ‘do’ combined items, 3 ‘man’ combined items and 5 ‘ya’ combined items have been selected as grammatical items in Korean language education.
