국어 어문규정의 인지 실태와 교육의 필요성

The Actual Condition for Recognition and the necessity of Education in the Official Regulation of a Word and Sentence in the Korean Language - Make an object of the general adults

본고는 일반인 570명을 대상으로 국어 어문규정 인지 실태를 통해 정서법 교육의 필요성을 제시했다. 이를 위해 언어생활에서 자주 사용되거나 반드시 필요한 어법에 관련된 단어 100문항을 만들어 설문 조사하여 문항별 점수분포를 제시하고 그 문제점을 고찰하였다. 특히, 사회생활의 중심을 이루는 일반인들의 언어사용 현상이 어린 학생들에게 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으므로 잘못 알고 있는 '한글맞춤법'과 '표준어규정'에 대한 교육의 필요성을 제시하였다. 더 나아가 어문규정 자체에 문제가 되고 있는 조항을 살펴봄으로써 어문규정에 대한 문제점을 고찰하였다. 그러므로 보다 합리적이고 체계적인 어문규정의 필요성을 제시하였다.

This study presented the necessity of the education for orthography through the actual condition of recognition in the official regulation of a word and sentence in the Korean language by making a survey of the general 570 adults. For this problem, I made 100 a-word items related to usages of language, which is often used, or essentially needed in the sppech life. I investigated the distribution of marks for the item and considered the point of the issue by a question investigation. Pargicularly, because the adultt' misuses of language directly affect those of the young students badly, I presented necessity of education for the rules of Korean spelling and the standard language regulations we mistake. Moreover, I investigated for the actual conditions to the problems of the official regulation of a word and sentence itself. Therefore I presented the necessary rules of the standard langauge regulation which is more rational and systematic.
