목적 본 연구는 성인애착에서 불안정 애착인 애착불안과 애착회피가 이성관계 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 내면화된 수치심과 이성관계 완벽주의의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 및 서울에 거주하는 성인기 초기에 해당하는 3개 대학 대학생 215명을 대상으로 설문지 작성을 하도록 하고, 20~30대 직장인 139명에 대하여 온라인 설문으로 진행하여 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 상관분석을 실시하고, AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 첫째, 성인애착(애착불안과 애착회피)과 내면화된 수치심, 이성관계 완벽주의, 이성관계 만족도 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 애착회피 모두 내면화된 수치심을 거쳐 이성관계 만족도에 이르는 단일매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째. 애착불안은 이성관계 완벽주의를 거쳐 이성관계 만족도에 이르는 단일매개효과가 나타났으나 애착회피는 이성관계 완벽주의를 거쳐 이성관계 만족도에 이르는 단일매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 애착불안과 애착회피 모두 내면화된 수치심과 이성관계 완벽주의를 거쳐 이성관계 만족도에 이르는 이중매개효과를 나타내었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 초기 성인기 남녀의 이성관계에서의 어려움이 불안정 애착, 내면화된 수치심, 이성관계 완벽주의적 성향의 영향이 있다는 것을 시사한다. 이 결과를 토대로 본 연구가 지니는 의의와 제한점에 대해서 논의하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine if the effects of adult attachment on the satisfaction of romantic relationship were mediated by internalized shame and perfectionism of romantic relationship. Methods The participants at early adulthood (215 college students and 139 employees) were collected via online survey who lived in Seoul and metropolitan area. Based on the sample, SPSS 20.0 was used for the correlation analysis and AMOS 20.0 was used for the structural equation model. Results The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was significant correlations among adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance), internalized shame, perfectionism of romantic relationship, and satisfaction of romantic relationship. Second, both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance did not show the single mediation effect in the relation from the satisfaction of romantic relationship to the internalized shame. Third, attachment anxiety showed a single mediating effect from the satisfaction of romantic relationship to the perfectionism of romantic relationship, but attachment avoidance did not show single mediating effect from the attachment satisfaction to the romantic perfectionism. Fourth, the attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed dual mediating effect from the internalized shame and the perfectionism of romantic relationship to the satisfaction of romantic relationship. Conclusions The current study suggested that the diffulty of romantic relation at early adulthood is influenced by unstable adult attachment, internalized shame, and perfectionism of romantic relationship. In this study, the discussion and limitation of this study is presented.
