The purpose of this study is to examine the influential relationship job stress, work-family conflict, job satisfaction, and family satisfaction through path analysis among, and to investigate whether the self emotional control ability plays a moderating role in its relationship. A sample of 198 people who work travel agency more than 2 years was obtained through convenience sampling method over a period of 15 days. According to the Factor analysis, job stress was classified into three distinct dimensions (job overload, emotional labor, job insecurity). Findings from this study are as follows: firstly, there are the significant relationships between antecedents (job overload, emotional labor, job insecurity) and consequences of job and family satisfaction; secondly, self-emotional control ability has a moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and work-family conflict. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed. The limitations of this are identified and suggestions for the future research are presented.
