본 연구는 팬데믹 상황에서 중국어회화 교과의 온라인 수업을 경험한 학생을 대상으로 온라인 수업 만족도 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 설문조사에서는 온라인 수업을 실시간 쌍방향 수업과 동영상 제공 수업의 두 가지 유형으로 나누어 각각의 만족도를 조사하여 장단점을 알아보았다. 설문조사 결과 학생들은 대면 수업을 가장 선호하였고, 다음으로 잘 만들어진 비대면 동영상 수업을 선호하였다. 실시간 쌍방향 수업은 크게 선호하지 않았다. 이러한 조사 결과를 바탕으로 문제점을 파악하고 학생들의 요구를 참고하여 강의 제작에 반영한다면 향후 학습자의 능률향상에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.
This study conducted and analyzed an online class satisfaction survey for students who experienced online classes in the Chinese conversation subject in a pandemic situation. In the survey, online classes were divided into two types: real-time interactive classes and video providing classes, and each satisfaction was investigated to find out their advantages and disadvantages. As a result of the survey, students preferred face-to-face classes the most, followed by well-made non-face-to-face video classes. Real-time interactive classes were not much preferred. Based on the results of these surveys, it is expected that it will be helpful to improve learners’ efficiency in the future if problems are identified and reflected in lecture production by referring to students’ needs.
