Secondly, the participation motivation and satisfaction of the field employees shows differences according to DISC behavior types. As for participation motivation, the distinctive differences are found in two factors : career development and self advancement. D type is the best type who develops their career and self advancement, and conscientiousness type(C) follows it. In terms of satisfaction, each type shows the different results and D type indicates the highest average value. Thirdly, participation motivation of the field employees shows the positive influence relationship.
