간호대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의와 속박감이 우울에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism and Entrapment on depression in University Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의, 속박감 및 우울 정도를 파악하고, 우울에 영향을미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시 2개의 간호학과에 재학 중인학생을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 우울에 미치는 영향요인은 외적속박감(β=.414, p<.001), 사회부과적 완벽주의(β=.174, p<.001)였고, 대상자의 우울정도를 24.9%를 설명하였다. 특히 외적속박감이22.7%로 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 우울감을 낮추고 조기 예방하기 위해 우울을 관리할 수 있는 외적속박감, 사회부과적 완벽주의을 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 비교과 프로그램을 개발하여 지속적인 관심을 두고 관리할 필요가 있다.

This study is a descriptive research study conducted to identify evaluative concerns perfectionism, entrapment and depression in university nursing students, and to identify the factors influencing depression. The subjects of the research were students enrolled in two major departments in G city. Statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and band regression analysis were used for data analysis. Research results indicated that the factors influencing depression to university nursing students were external constraints (β=.414, p<.001) and socially imposed perfectionism (β=.174, p<.001), and these explained 24.9% of the subject's degree of depression. In particular, it was found that external Entrapment had the greatest effect by 22.7%. Therefore, based on the results of this research analysis, it is recommended to develop and manage various extracurricular programs that can reduce the external entrapment and socially imposed perfectionism so that depression can be managed, reduced and prevented depression of university nursing students at an early stage.
