간호대학생의 의료 관련 감염예방 지식과 감염관리 자신감이 표준주의 실행도에 미치는 영향

Influences of Medical-related Infection Prevention Knowledge and Infection Control Confidence on Standard Precautions Performance of Nursing students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 의료 관련 감염 예방 지식과 감염관리 자신감, 표준주의 실행도간의 관계를 확인하고 표준주의 실행도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 자료 수집은2018년 10월4일부터 10월 12일까지 G 광역시에 소재한 간호대학생 160명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 연구결과 표준주의 실행도는 감염예방 지식(r=.27, p<.001), 감염관리 자신감(r=.52, p<.001)과 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 감염예방 지식은 감염관리 자신감((r=.27, p=012)과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 표준주의 실행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감염관리 자신감(β=0.45, p<.001), 피부 접촉 경험이 없는 경우(β=0.18, p<.004), 감염예방 교육을 받은 경우(β=-2.65, p<.009), 감염예방 지식(β=0.15, p<.019) 순으로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 35%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 표준주의 실행도를 높이기 위하여 감염예방 지식과 감염관리 자신감을 높일 수 있는 표준주의 프로그램을 개발하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive study to confirm the relationship between medical infection prevention knowledge, infection control confidence, and standard practice of nursing students and to understand the effect on performance for standard precautions. Data collection was conducted on 160 nursing students located in G Metropolitan City from October 4 to October 12, 2018. As a result of the study, the performance for standard precautions has a positive correlation with ‘infection prevention knowledge’ (r=.27, p<).001) and infection control confidence (r=.52, p<.001), and infection prevention knowledge was found to have a significant correlation with infection control confidence (r=.27, p=012). Factors affecting the performance for standard precaution of nursing students were in order of infection control confidence (β=.45, p<.001), no skin contact experience (β=.18, p<.004), infection prevention education (β=-2.65, p<.009), infection prevention knowledge (β=.15, p<.019). and the explanatory power of the model was 35%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and implement a standard precautions program that can increase infection prevention knowledge and infection management confidence in order to increase the performance for standard precautions of nursing students.
