This study is part of the basic biological study of the development of the digestive tract and the morphology of young fish in Tribolodon hakonensis, and the morphology and characteristics of the digestive tract in adults. Immediately after hatching, Tribolodon hakonensis had a large yolk, and the gastrointestinal tract showed a shape extending almost linearly between the embryo and the yolk in the form of a primitive gastrointestinal tract to the esophagus and anus. Wrinkles occur in the digestive tract 11 days after hatching, and 28 days after hatching. The digestive tract of the larvae began to change to the “S” morphology and the gas bladder was similar in morphology to an adult fish. The digestive tract of larvae 44 days after hatching develops in a structure similar to that of adult fish, and Tribolodon hakonensis more than 48 days after hatching has a complete esophagus, posterior intestine, middle intestine, and rectum. The “S” morphology was maintained.
