This study was conducted to understand the relationship between appearance management behavior of universities students majoring in Airline Service on appearance satisfaction and self-esteem. A survey of 341 universities students majoring in Airline Service at universities located in Seoul and Jeolla Province was conducted from March 1 to June 1, 2019, on their perception of general characteristics, appearance management behavior, appearance satisfaction and self-esteem. Appearance management behavior of universities students majoring in Airline Service had a positive effect on appearance satisfaction and self-esteem, and appearance satisfaction was having a positive effect on self-esteem. There is a need to reinforce the content of the Image Making Class so that it can find the right perception of appearance, positive images and images of the desired crew. It should also guide the creation of positive self-image and pursuit of healthy beauty.
