크루즈 관광객의 기대 성과가 만족과 재구매에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Effect of Cruise Tourists' Expectation and Performance on Satisfaction and Repurchase of Cruise Products

This study was conducted to identify the expectations and performance of cruise tourists who have experience in cruise tour and to investigate how each result affects the satisfaction of cruise tourists and how this resulted satisfaction eventually influence them in repurchasing of cruse products. The survey was conducted for a week from Jan 21 to 27, 2019 on tourists who have experiences in cruise tour. Total 148 surveys were collected and used for final analysis. The coded data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The study have shown that expectation of experience affect all performance factors of deviance, interest, sociability, and experientiality. In addition, in performance, all factors of deviance, interest, sociability, and experientiality affected satisfaction, while only deviance had a significant effect on satisfaction.
