This paper aims to confirm organizational justice and leadership type’s positive influence against individual innovative behavior for hotel F&B service staffs. Leadership type which are transactional and transformational leadership is designed to check whether it has mediate role between organizational justice and innovative behavior or not. The results are like follows: First, both of distributive justice and procedural justice except interactional justice have positive impact to leadership styles. Based on this, it seems to be needed follow up study of two variables as leadership type’s mediating role. Second, organizational justice has a positive impact to innovative behavior. It supports precedence study that the more they feel organizational justice, the more they willing to contribute to their hotel. Third, leadership types make a positive impact on innovative behavior and especially transformational leadership has the biggest one. It means this paper supports precedence studies which was needed to encourage their creativity and make a circumstance to offer intellectual pressure for let them motivate innovative behavior.
