Collaboration with convention organizers is important for successful hotel industry as it helps hotels improve opportunities for revenue creation. Recent research deal with convention industry, however, tends to neglect partnership-related studies. The purpose of this study is to observe decision factors and the outcome of partnership between professional convention organizers and hotel companies. Examining decision factors of partnership, author surveyed both concerned, hotels and professional convention organizers. The result confirms that bilateral partnerships are valuable means to survive the competitive business environment nowadays.
