This study aims to research the managerial types in the hotel’s inner marketing by investigating the job satisfaction of hotel encounter employees. To carry out this purpose, I chose the five-star hotels in Jeju which is the representative tourism resort in Korea. I used the literature researches and empirical methods to prove this study. I composed 20 items on the job satisfaction and took out less common 2 items. As a result, 5 factors were itemized. As the result of classifying the each groups through the subdivision of the job satisfaction rate of hotel employees, I could divide them as following 4 groups: duty indifferent group, promotion pursuit and environment consideration group, duty consideration group, and atmosphere consideration group.
