Using a survey distributed to employees working at fifteen luxurious hotel, this study investigates whether self-efficacy’s perception level affects transactional⋅relational psychological contract violation(PCV), perceived organizational support, exit for hotel employees. Major results are as follows; First, self-efficacy significantly affects transactional PCV, and transactional PCV highly influences perceived organizational support. Moreover transactional PCV significantly affect the exit of the employees. Fourth, relational PCV and perceived organizational support also were found significantly influencing exit of the hotel employees.
