노인가구의 가정건강성 결정요인에 대한 연구

A Study on the Determinants of Elderly Households on Healthy Family: A Comparative Study on Single Elderly Households and Family Living Households

본 연구의 목적은 노인가구의 가정건강성 결정요인을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 대구지역에 거주하는 노인을 대상으로 2017 년 7월 1일부터 8월 17일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종 데이터 분석에는 총 348 개의 자료가 사용되었으며 수집 된 데이터 분석에는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인가구의 가정건강성은 평균 3.24 점이었다. 둘째, 노인가구의 가정건강성은 이웃에 대한 만족, 복지지설의 부족, 국민기초생활보장수급여부, 경제적 불안정성, 돌봄문제, 지역사회자원 이용경험, 성별에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 노인 1인 가구의 가정건강성은 국민기초생활보장수급여부, 이웃에 대한 만족, 돌봄문제, 지역의 안정성, 시설이용경험, 복지시설의 부족에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 가족 동거 노인가구의 가정건강성은 경제적 불안정성, 이웃에 대한 만족, 복지지설의 부족, 시설이용경험에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 노인가구의 가정건강성 결정요인을 규명하고, 가정의 건강성 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of family health of the elderly. The participants were elder living in Daegu. A survey was conducted from July 1st to August 17th, 2017. A total of 348 materials were used for the analysis of final data, and the SPSS WIN 21.0 program was used for analyzing the collected data. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the average family health was 3.24points. Second, the level of family health was significantly different according to neighbor relation satisfaction, lack of welfare organization, national basic livelihood security recipients, care problem, economic instability of a family, experience of using society resources, gender. The level of family health on single elderly household was significantly different according to National Basic Livelihood Security recipients, lack of welfare organization, care problem, community safety welfare organization use, neighbor relation satisfaction. And the level of family health on family living in elderly households was significantly different according to lack of welfare organization, experience of using society resources, neighbor relation satisfaction, economic instability of family. This study is to clarify the determinants of family health of elderly households and to provide basic data for the improvement of the family health of elderly households.
