마음챙김 집단활동이 청소년의 자기조절능력과 낙관성 및 심리적 안정감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 마음챙김 집단활동이 청소년의 자기조절능력과 낙관성 및 심리적 안정감 향상에 미치는 효과를 검증하고, 마음챙김 집단으로 교류분석이론, 인지행동이론, 인본주의이론을 절충하여 고안하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 자발적 참여 청소년을 중심으로 실험집단과 통제집단 각 각 12명으로 SPSS 20.0프로그램을 활용하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전 동질성 검증을 위해 Mann-Whitney U 검증을 실시하였고, 효과성은 Wilcoxon-Ranks 검증과 Mann-Whitney U 검증으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 마음챙김 집단활동은 자기조절능력 전체와 하위요인인 자기조절양식의 집단내사전-사후차이검증에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 마음챙김 집단활동은 낙관성 전체와 하위요인인 부정성의 집단내사전-사후차이검증과 실험집단과 통제집단 간 변화량 차이에서 각각 통계적 유의성이 확인되었다. 셋째, 마음챙김 집단활동은 심리적안정감과 하위요인인 정서적균형, 사회적 참여, 사회성의 집단내사전-사후차이검증에서 통계적 유의성이 확인되었고, 실험집단과 통제집단 간 변화량 차이에서는 심리적 안정감과 하위요인인 정서적 균형, 사회성이 통계적으로 유의함이 입증되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 마음챙김 집단활동의 활용방안과 청소년의 자기조절능력과 낙관성 및 심리적 안정감 증진을 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하였으며, 마음챙김 집단활동을 활성화할 수 있는 추가적인 연구를 제언하였다.

This study examined the effects of mindfulness-based group activities on adolescents' self-regulation ability, optimism and psychological stability, and devised a compromise between Transactional Analysis, cognitive behavioral theory, and human-centered theory as mindfulness-based groups. In order to verify the research problem, the SPSS 20.0 program was used for each of the experimental and control groups with 12 people each, centering on adolescents who participated in voluntary participation, and the Mann-Whitney U test was conducted to verify the preliminary homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group. Sex was analyzed by Wilcoxon-Ranks test and Mann-Whitney U test. The results of the study were as follows: First, mindfulness-based groups activity showed a significant difference between the overall self-regulation ability and the intra-group pre-post difference test of the self-regulation style, a sub-factor. Second, for mindfulness-based group activities, statistical significance was confirmed in the overall optimism and the intra-group pre-post difference test of negativity as a sub-factor, and the difference in the amount of change between the experimental group and the control group, respectively. Third, the mindfulness-based group activity was found to have statistical significance in the test of intra-group pre-post difference in psychological stability and sub-factors such as emotional balance, social participation, and sociality, and psychological stability and sub-factors in the difference in the amount of change between the experimental group and the control group. Emotional balance and sociality were proved to be statistically significant. Based on the results of the study, a plan to utilize mindfulness -based group activities and practical plans to improve adolescents' self-regulation ability, optimism, and psychological stability were suggested, and additional research was suggested to revitalize mindfulness-based group activities.
