This study aims to verify the moderated effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and customer orientation. In particular, this study examined followership as a moderating in the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. For an analysis of data, questionnaire survey was carried out to service industrial workers. Total 220 sheets were sued for an empirical analysis with SPSS program version 18.0 and AMOS Program. The study resulted that the transformational leadership showed a signigicant influence on job satisfaction and customer orientation. But, followership has not direct effect between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. The implications revealed in the study would help establish strategies to enhance partnership between leaders and followers for customer orientation as well as organization's effectiveness. Desirable partnership between leaders and followers can paired an organization's effectiveness. leaders need to understand that an organization's success is determined by promoting active followers, and devote all their energies to progressing their followership. Moreover, leaders need to provide systematic support as well and opportunities for career development of good followers, to allow them to grow into future leaders.
