The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between difference of emotional leadership perception on and LMX(leader-member exchange) and organization citizenship behavior (OCB) of hotel employees. The model was tested using SPSS 18.0 based on a sample of 200 surveys. Factor analysis revealed a three-dimensional factor structure (self-awareness & self-management, social awareness, relationship management) for emotional leadership, and a four-dimensional factor structure(altruism & sportsmanship, courtesy, civic virtue, conscientious) for OCB, and a three-dimensional factor structure (affect, professional respect & loyalty, contribution) for LMX. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. All the three factors of emotional leadership have significant effects on affect, professional respect & loyalty, contribution of LMX. All the three factors of LMX have significant effects on altruism & sportsmanship, courtesy, civic virtue, conscientious of OCB. And implications of these results are presented.
