출소자 가정 복원을 위한 가족개입 프로그램 개발을 위한 예비연구

A preliminary study on the developing of family intervention program for re-offender’ family resiliency

본 연구는 출소자 가족의 갈등상황 및 스트레스에 대한 대처능력과 의사소통능력 향상을 통하여 가족관계를 개선하고 가족기능 회복을 도모하고자 하는 목적으로 가족집단상담 프로그램을 실시한 후 그 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 출소자 가족의 가족기능 향상에 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상을부부로 한정한 결과를 볼 때 가족기능 전체척도에서는 프로그램 전후간의 차이가나타나지 않았으나 세부적으로 가족기능 하위요인을 나누어 분석한 결과, 가족역할에서 치료프로그램을 통한 긍정적인 변화가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연령대별로 프로그램의 효과를 살펴본 결과 10대와 50대에서는 가족기능에서 유의한 효과가 있었다. 결과를 바탕으로 논의를 하였고 향후 출소자 가족의 기능회복을 위한 가족개입 프로그램 개발을 위한 제언을 하였다.

This study observes the effect of re-offender’s family group counseling program which is conducted for improving coping skill against stress, communication skill, family relationship and promoting family function. Findings are as followings: Frist it is identified the positive effect of re-offender’s family group counseling program in family function criteria. Second in the couple group, the score of family member’s role increases than that of pre-test significantly. Third in their teens and fifties, it is identified the positive effect of program in family function criteria. Based on the result, it is discussed the limits of this study and suggestions for the developing of re-offender’s family intervention program.
