A Study on the Trend of Residential Support Project for Legal Protection Recipient

이 연구는 법무보호대상자 주거지원 사업의 동향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구에 의하면, 주거지원 사업은 타 보호사업에 비하여 재범감소에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 보고되었다. 이 연구는 총 2,343명의 주거지원 대상자와 75,411 건의 상담건수가 자료 분석에 사용되었다. 분석방법으로 텍스트마이닝 기법과 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 첫째, 주거지원 대상자의 주요연령층은 중장년층이었고, 초범이 많았다. 둘째, 임대료, 납부, 연장, 체납, 연체, 저축, 취업, 가족, 근무, 건강관리가 높은 빈도의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 임대료는 납부, 연체, 체납, 안내, 취업과 긴밀한 연결성을 보였다. 요약하면 초범인 중장년층에게 주로 주거지원사업이 제공되고 있으나, 법무보호대상자들이 임대료때문에 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를바탕으로 주거지원 사업의 방향에 대한 실천적이고 정책적인 제언을 논의하였다.

The study aims to look at the trend of residential support project for legal protection recipient. residential support projects were reported to have a significant impact on the reduction of second conviction compared to other protection projects. The study used a total of 2,343 recipients for residential support and 75,411 cases of counseling for data analysis. Text mining techniques and network analysis were performed as analysis methods. According to the analysis results, first, the main age group of those recipients for residential support was the middle-aged, and there were many first-time offenders. Second, rent, payment, extension, delinquency, savings, employment, family, work, and health care were shown in the order of high frequency. Third, rent was closely linked to payment, delinquency, delinquency in arrears , guidance, and employment. In summary, residential support projects are mainly provided to middle-aged people who are first-time offenders, but it can be confirmed that recipients are suffering from economic difficulties due to rent. Based on these findings, practical and policy suggestions on the direction of residential support projects were discussed.
