In general sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm should be managed by activating daily life during the daytime, and in the clinical field of Korean Medicine, sleep management should be performed to help treat obesity by considering the treatment method of Korean Medicine. In addition, the choice of herbal medicine requires a prescription that considers both obesity and sleep.
