Job stress has become an important issue in today's world. One must recognize that not all stress is negative. A certain amount of stress is needed for an employee to remain motivated in their position. Especially, Job stress is related to propensity to leave and is also an explanatory factor in the decision to terminate employment, which is a vital problem to companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between foodservice industry employee's job stress and their type and to provide useful information and considerable suggestion about human resources management through DISC behaviour test and questionnaire about job stress factors. Also, this study is to investigate the impacts of foodservice industry employee's job stress on turnover intention and to verify the DISC behavior type between the job stress and the turnover intention. As a result, job stress was discovered to be statistically significant concerning the DISC behavioral type and turnover intention, and the DISC behavioral type was found to play a mediating role in turnover intention which was a dependent variable. In conclusion, job stress was revealed to affect turnover intention and, also, the DISC behavioral type was mediated to turnover intention.
