This study is about the wellness, life satisfaction, leisure satisfaction, and quality of life of the tourists visiting Pohang City. The objective of the study is to provide strategic implications in connection with the wellness for tourism businesses. The results are as follows. All hypotheses had a positive, significant influence in relation with wellness, leisure satisfaction, life satisfaction, and quality of life. Therefore, tourism businesses of Pohang City will have to enhance leisure satisfaction, life satisfaction, and quality of life through tourists’ social and emotional wellness. To do that, Pohang City should create favorable conditions, both hardwares and softwares, in order for tourists to interact with the surroundings and other people such as family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, other tourists, etc. For those tourists visiting Pohang City to have positive attitudes and mind on the quality of life, Pohang City has to set various conditions and the environment for enhancing life satisfaction and leisure satisfaction. The results of the study suggest that Pohang City can give tourists to Pohang City satisfaction only through creating these conditions and the atmosphere, and those satisfied, revisiting, and loyal customers can, in turn, generate sustainable tourism for Pohang City.
