공동 주택별 주차면수 확보기준의 합리화 방안에 관한 연구

지역별 공동주택(분양 아파트)을 중심으로

Looking at the trend of the nation's housing market and housing policy, one can see that apartments are taking up a very large share from some point on. The number of motor vehicle registrations has also been on a steady rise as social trends that value the quality of life are shaping up, as are the rise of living standards, the rise of double-income households and the word ‘Work-life balance’. This implies an increase in the number of households with more than one vehicle, which in turn is one of the main factors that exacerbate the problem of parking in apartments along with the increase in urban density. However, some parks in certain areas require realistic parking demand forecasts and rationalization of actual parking plan standards to address these problems, as problems such as double parking and illegal parking have become a serious residents' dispute due to a lack of parking spaces, while apartment complexes and small-scale, customized public rental houses in small cities in the provinces have been left empty due to low demand for parking. At a time when various problems caused by the popularization of apartment housing culture are increasingly becoming social problems, and various complementary measures and policies are being developed, the question of securing a reasonable parking area for apartment houses will be of great significance. Therefore, this study aims to summarize and analyze the effects of the convenience of public transportation, especially urban railroads, on the parking demand of apartment units by region, by noting the relationship between the demand for parking of parking lots of apartments under the present reality of parking lots, and to present the need and direction of realistic and reasonable standards for installing parking lots for apartment apartments in each area.
