This study aims to confirm the factors affecting the satisfaction perception of Chinese medical tourists, Korea's largest visiting country, at a time when China's blockade is lifted and medical tourists visiting Korea are expected to increase. A hypothesis was established that linked Chinese medical tourists to Korean medical service selection factors, satisfaction, and revisit intention, and the study was conducted by dividing into plastic surgery and non-plastic surgery groups according to the purpose of visit. For the retrieved 306 copies of an online questionnaire targeting Chinese people with Korean medical experience, An empirical research analysis was conducted using factor analysis and regression analysis, and an empirical research analysis was conducted on non-plastic surgery medical tourists with high future growth potential and added value. As a result, it was confirmed that service quality had a significant effect on the perception of satisfaction. Contrary to expectations, it was also confirmed that there was no statistically significant difference in the factors affecting the plastic surgery and non-plastic surgery groups. The above results are expected to provide great implications for establishing strategies for the development of the Korean medical tourism industry after the pandemic.
