A Study on Ticket Reservation System based on Blockchain

본 연구는 항공권 예약 시스템 CRS, GDS에서 빈번하게발생하는 개인정보 유출 사고를 해결하고자 시작한 연구이다. 1964년 최초의 전자 항공권 거래 시스템은SABRE(Semi Automated Business Research Environment) 를 시작으로 지속적인 발전을 해왔다. 최근에는 CRS와GDS 시스템을 기반으로 전 세계 항공권 예약 시스템은 성공적으로 운영되고 있다. 국내뿐만 아니라 해외에서도출국자 수는 지속적인 증가세를 보이고 있으며 국내에서는 여행사를 비롯한 항공 생태계가 구성되었다. 하지만 최근에 항공권 예약 과정에서 소비자의 개인정보가 빈번하게 유출사건과 오류가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보 유출 원인을 예약 과정에서 많은 중개인의 참여로 인해 개인정보의 유출 위험성이 높아지고 있다고 판단했다. 탈중앙화된 예약 시스템을 제안하여 중개인의 참여를 줄여서 개인정보 유출을 방지하고자 한다.

This study was initiated to address frequent personal information leakage incidents in the air ticket reservation system(CRS, GDS). Based on the CRS and GDS systems, the worldwide air ticket reservation system is operating successfully. However, recent flight booking processes have led to frequent leakage of consumer personal information and errors. In this study, the cause of personal information leakage was determined by the participation of many brokers in the booking process, raising the risk of personal information leakage. The government intends to reduce the participation of brokers by proposing a decentralized reservation system to prevent personal information leakage.
