지역활성화를 위한 경관계획 ╶ 부안군 선사문화권역을 중심으로╶

Landscape Planning For Local Revitalization ╶ Focused on Buan-gun Prehistoric Cultural Area╶

본 계획은 전라북도 부안군 선사문화권역의 농촌마을을대상지로 하여 수행하였다. 대상지를 중심으로 가치있는경관과 문화적 자원이 존재하고, 다양한 사업이 추진됨에 따라 대상지가 보유한 입지의 중요성 및 잠재력이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 계획은 이러한 기회요인을 토대로 선사문화권역 경관 계획을 위한 역사문화경관조성, 네트워크경관조성, 거점/마을경관조성이라는 3가지 경관개념을 구상하여 기본방향을 수립하였다. 계획내용으로는 선사문화의 특색이 담긴 공간창출을 위한 선사 돌마리이음센터 조성과, 마을과 마을 및 자원간의 연계성을 위한 수변산책로 조성, 그리고 생활복지환경 증진을 위한마을 쉼터 정비 등이 있다. 본 계획을 통해 선사문화권역내 상징성 강화, 네트워크 구축, 삶의 질 향상 등 지속가능한 경관조성이 기대된다.

We will perform the plan to establish the site if prehistoric cultural area in Buan -Gun, Jeollabuk –do. There are valuable landscapes and historical resource in this area, which standing out importance and potential of the locational position as various business is making progress. This study is based on these opportunity factors and established three basic directions of landscape : Create historic cultual landscape with prehistoric characters, design network landscape and construct the scenery of a base town. The strategy of this plan is followed : design prehistoric Dolmari link center with character of prehistoric culture, construct waterfront connected between village and village or historical resource , remodel the resting place to improve welfare and living condition. It is expected that it will enhances prehistorical symbilism, design network landscape and improve the quality of life.
