의약품 접근성 향상을 위한 24시간 무인거래 시스템 제안 ╶ 전용 애플리케이션과 연동되는 키오스크 기능을 중심으로╶

Proposal of a 24-Hour Unmanned Trading System to Improve Drug Accessibility ╶ Based on Kiosk Functionality Interlinked with Dedicated Applications╶

본 연구는 24시간 운영하는 약국의 필요성이 꾸준히 대두되어왔음에도 불구하고 현재에 이르기까지 적절한 정책이 시행되지 못한 원인을 파악하여 이에 대한 해결방안을 제시한다. 현재 시행중인 심야시간대 의약품 판매정책의 분석에서, 전국의 모든 약국이 24시간 운영한다고 가정할 경우 거대한 예산과 인력비용이 발생한다는점이 가장 큰 원인으로 도출되었다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로 인력과 예산의 최소화가 가능한 키오스크에 자동판매기능을 결합하여, 일반의약품에 한해 시간제약 없이거래할 수 있는 시스템을 중점적으로 실현하고자 했다. 더불어 불시 발작증상으로 인해 의약품 접근성 향상이반드시 필요한 질환으로서 ‘통풍’을 선정하여 통풍질환자만을 대상으로 전문의약품 판매가 가능토록 하는 기능을구축함과 동시에 현재 복약지도방식의 한계를 보완한 기능을 추가하여 오남용 등의 문제를 더욱 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하였다. 애플리케이션은 키오스크와 연동함으로서 상호간 이용이력이 자동 업데이트되며, 이를기반으로 모바일기기를 통한 맞춤형 복약지도 지원이 가능하도록 하는 것에 초점을 맞추었다.

This study identifies why a proper policy is not proposed despite the constant need for a 24-hour pharmacy and offers a solution. In the analysis of the current policy of selling drugs late at night, assuming that all pharmacies in the country operate 24-hours a day, the biggest limitation is the huge budget and labor cost. In order to solve this problem, we tried to realize a system that can deal with then non-prescription medicine only without time limit by combining the kiosk with the automatic sales function which can minimize the manpower and the budget. A disease that must take medicine due to the possibility of a sudden seizure was selected gout. Therefore, we have built a function to enable the sale of prescription medicine to patients with Gout disease. In addition to the transaction function, the function of supplementing the limitation of the conventional drug guidance method was added to prevent the problems such as abuse of the drug more effectively. The application interacts with the kiosk, and the usage history of each other is automatically updated. Based on this, the focus is on enabling customized drug guidance support through mobile devices.
